Chad Hurley
Born on January 24, 1977, in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, Chad Hurley is the co-founder and former CEO of the video-sharing website YouTube.com. After college, Hurley worked at eBay's PayPal division before collaborating with co-workers Steve Chen and Jawed Karim to create YouTube in 2005.

Born in August 1978 in Taipei, Taiwan, Steve Chen is an American entrepreneur who co-launched the video-sharing website YouTube in 2005. YouTube ranked as the 10th most popular website a year after its launch.
Jawed Karim
Jawed Karim (born October 28, 1979) is an American Internet entrepreneur. He is best known for being a co-founder of YouTube and the first person to upload a video on it. Many of the core components of PayPal, including its real-time anti-fraud system, were also designed and implemented by Karim.
Hurley and Chen developed the idea for YouTube during the early months of 2005, after they had experienced difficulty sharing videos that had been shot at a dinner party at Chen's apartment in San Francisco. Karim did not attend the party and denied that it had occurred, but Chen commented that the idea that YouTube was founded after a dinner party.
On October 9, 2006 it was announced that the company would be purchased for 1.65 billions. The purchase take time when YouTube presented three agreements with media companies in an attempt to escape copyright infrigment lawsuits.
